By using this website, you accept all of the terms described in this page.
Beirut Printmaking Studio is a physical studio located in Beirut, Lebanon and dedicated to all forms of analog printmaking and photography. Through this online shop, we sell the printed materials we produce, such as photographs, etchings, books, publications, stationery, etc. produced by our studio and it's artists. We also offer courses and workshops on all of the analog techniques we work with.
All prices shown are in USD and we only accept payment methods available during the checkout (Visa & Mastercard).

Through this website, we sell goods of our own production (such as photographs, prints, posters, stationery, books, publications, portfolios, etc.) as well as services provided by our studio in its physical location (such as courses, workshops and masterclasses).
FOR PRODUCTS: We accept returns with a full refund within 7 days of customer receiving the product in case the product is defective or has been damaged during shipping ONLY. Please make sure to keep your invoice and a copy of the delivery confirmation and contact us before returning your order so we may arrange for pick-up.
Once we schedule the pick-up, your refund will be process within 2 business days and credited within the same mode of payment used to make the purchase.
In case a purchase is canceled BEFORE the product is shipped, we will issue a full refund. In case the cancellation happens AFTER the product has shipped, we can only offer a refund if the products arrive defective or damaged during shipping.
FOR SERVICES: We do not offer refunds for services such as courses and workshops. Those purchases are final, non-refundable and non-transferable. In case the service purchase is cancelled for any reason, we will issue a full refund.

Beirut Printmaking Studio is established in Beirut, Lebanon at 1280 BDD, Patriarchy Street and registered under the M.O.F. under the number #3860389. Lebanon is our country of domicile.
Our website is operated by Shopify and payments are processed through MontyPay. Accepted payments methods are Visa & Mastercard. All prices displayed are in USD.
Customers under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or transact on the website.

Limitation of Liability: If for any reason we are unable to fulfill an order, we will offer the customer a full refund. This is the limit of our liability and indemnification.

All of the products and services sold under this shop are of our own production. We do not carry products from 3rd parties and we only sell what is “in stock”.

We HIGHLIGHT that users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account. Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies.

Governing law is the local law of the country of registration (Lebanon).
