Refund policy

Please read our terms for refunds and cancelation policy carefully before you make a purchase.

FOR PRODUCTS: We accept returns with a full refund within 7 days of customer receiving the product in case the product is defective or has been damaged during shipping ONLY. Please make sure to keep your invoice and a copy of the delivery confirmation and contact us before returning your order so we may arrange for pick-up.

Once we schedule the pick-up, your refund will be process within 2 business days and credited within the same mode of payment used to make the purchase.

In case a purchase is canceled BEFORE the product is shipped, we will issue a full refund.  In case the cancellation happens AFTER the product has shipped, we can only offer a refund if the products arrive defective or damaged during shipping.

FOR SERVICES: We do not offer refunds for services such as courses and workshops.  Those purchases are final, non-refundable and non-transferable. In case the service purchase is cancelled for any reason, we will issue a full refund.

As we only ship through reputable couriers, and with insurance, in case a package is damaged or lost, a full refund will be issued.

All refunds will be made using the same payment method used during the original purchase.
