Shipping policy

LOCAL:

We ship locally through courier service to all locations in Lebanon for a flat fee depending on our area.  Delivery fees will be calculated upon checkout based on products and location.

For deliveries in Lebanon, please expect 2 to 4 days. Depending on your location, it will be shipped with a courier service that services your area. The courier will request a signature as proof of delivery.

We recommend that customers keep the invoice in case of returns and contact us in case of delivery issues.

Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation as well as tracking information as soon as your product ships.  Products ship the next business day from the purchase date.

 

INTERNATIONAL:

We ship DHL Express! Your parcel arrives in 5-7 days to most locations across the globe. 

The delivery fees will be calculate upon checkout according to your purchase and country/area.

Customs and duties are not included in the shipping price and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Upon delivery, the courier will request a signature as proof of delivery.  We recommend you keep your invoice as well as a copy of the proof of delivery in case of returns.
